Book Report

Abe had to fill out a little paper on a biography he just read for school. He was fairly thorough and answered all the questions well, but it was his response to the final question that I enjoyed the most. I loved that he wouldn't be so harsh as to say it was 100% completely boring, but that he would have to admit that it was: slightly boring. I know how he feels. I've read many a slightly boring book myself.Speaking of Abe. I was experimenting -- trying to get a picture with one person clear and the other blurry. I didn't get him as blurry as I would have liked, but I love his background boy poses. Nice moves, Abe.

Sometimes I feel about the same about my blog posts - except it would read "extremely long and ridiculously boring".

Nice pho-toes.

Nance, what's the cool thing you have that lets you know that someone has a new post on their blog and how do I get it? I swear if I go to Kristen's or Amy's blogs and have to see their posts from five years ago one more time....

Oh Ashley, YES, you must have google reader. Who can bare (ar maybe bear??) to go about clicking on and checking everyone's blogs -- particularly when some are so rarely posted on. And yet, you think to yourself, IF my sweet sister Kristen DOES do a little update, why wouldn't I want to know?? (And yes, you would want to know). Anywho, go to www.google.com/reader and sign up. It's totally free and is just basically like an email inbox for sites you follow. After you sign in, there is a little "add subscriptions" button you can click somewhere on the left and you just copy and paste any blogs you follow in there -- then they all show up listed on the side with the blog itself displayed on the right. At first it will pull over a bunch of posts, so just click "mark all as read" on each person's blog. Then you just put it under favorites and just check it once a day like you would email. Any of the blogs that have new posts will just be highlighted so you can just click away. Ahhh. Nice. Love you.
