New Year's Resolutions
Last night Mike talked to the kids about goals. They each thought of one and he wrote them down as they did. You might not consider the two goals below as worthy goals. In fact, looking at them stuck to our fridge with all the others makes me laugh. Who wouldn't want their child to read? Or to eat an apple for heaven's sake! But trust me these goals are two very necessary goals for the children who are pursuing them.

Its a shame you have got such naughty kids. Have you ever thought of boarding school
Ry, I've been looking to see if I can find one with an evil head mistress who is not afraid to use the ruler. When I find one, that is straight where my kids are going!
awesome. i needed to be there to hear that lesson about goals ... :)
I have a friend who has to take her kids' books away and empty bookshelves because they will do nothing else...evil.
Supa! Love this.
haha! abe is so cool!!!
I found myself getting mad at Meg once for doing nothing but reading and then I looked over at my boys playing their handheld nintendos and thought, "I am one crazy mom." It's kind of like getting after your kids for not finishing their dessert.
those are both hilarious. i love it!
