Gingerbread Cookie Ornaments
Gingerbread cookies are so great. They are great to eat right when you make them. They are great to eat the next day. They are great to use as ornaments for your Christmas tree and sometimes, when you are two, they are great to sneak bites of through out the holiday season even if they have been hanging year after year on your family's Christmas tree for the past NINE Christmases. Some of my gingerbread ornaments have broken over time, and they have been thrown away, but these particular cookies, I think, deserve to stay in our family ornament collection.

i'm afraid i'm not a fan of gingerbread even fresh from the over, let alone 9 years old. penny is awesome!
now thats cute!lol
THAT is classic!! :)
Very funny indeed. How was your B-Day? Happy, I hope. We need to get together.
It was good. Thanks Liz. Yah, now that holidys (and swine flu) are over, let's try to get together again!
That is nasty nasty nasty. It would not be so bad if it had been a lifesavor roll turned into a santa or a old candy cane becasue the shelf life on those is a little more than 100 years, but gingerbread? Nancy, that is yuck....
I love this funny blog and the ornaments. Its the little details like this that make your blog so dang Entertaining! Oh and how was your birthday--oh wait, maybe I shouldn't even ask since I did absolutely NOTHING!! I am a crappy, cappy (huh?) sister. But maybe we can still pretend its just around the corner and do something fun.
Love you
Amy
That is the best. I have some who would do the same thing and they are older than two.
