While Penny shows very little interest in learning a bit of English, she does still have plenty to say. My dad would probably assure me that she is speaking pure Adamic. I realize this may only appeal to grandma's and perhaps a few choice aunts, but any of you are more than welcome to give a listen to a little of what she has to say during any given moment (and oft times it is much much louder than this).
Disclaimer: All I can say in regards to that drool is -- she is getting in four large molars at present (and, drool seems dreamy when compared to the spitting up she's only recently grown out of).

That girl needs a blog - she has a lot to say.
PS: Thanks for the newsy news this morning. It was a nice little surpirse in my inbox. ;)
Man that girl can talk up a storm! You should think about putting her on the phone with my sister Marci. Her babble sounds a lot like what Penny is talking about after a while. Don't get me wrong, I love love love my sister to death, but with the crappy new bluetooth that she got where she just sounds like she's blubbering under water and the constant distractions where I'm not even sure she remembers that she's talking to me...I understand about as much from her than I do Pen Pens.
She is a sweet happy little bubbly talkie talks.
I was referring to your Pen Pens on that last sentence.
You do have a cute girl on your hands! the best part about that clip was just hearing you laugh in the back ground. I've missed our laughing together.
I love the part where she starts smacking the crap out of the book with that block and is still just happily chatting away. I love kids that age!!! I actually miss having a child that ONLY talked in that language and hadn't learned any sassiness yet.
that was the cutest thing ever. i'm so glad i got to see it. please do more of these little videos. i know they take awhile to upload but it is so nice to see!!! that really cracked me up. she had a lot of different sounds going on so she will probably be quite an english talker soon. i love it, too, when it turns from this to sentences, like they are asking questions an stuff. i remember addie taking my face and pulling it to her so that i could only pay attention to exactly what she was saying and it sound just like that but in a lilting sentence form.
O my gosh! I canNOT believe how cute my little Pen Pen is!!!!! That was the coolest jabbering in te universe!!! I am so so so so glad I get to see that little angel soon.
Oh dear . . . one wouldn't think it possible - but Nanc - she may soon be giving you a run for your money in the super speed talker department. Really - you are such a fast talker! It's as though all of your happy, bubbly, enthusiastic thoughts are just bursting at the seams and then . . . . HERE'S NANCY! Watch out 'cause HEEERREEE comes Penny! Way cute! Loved the babble.
(And just for the record - I wanted to cry today when you shared you "Rain". Dadnabbit! grrrr)
I love to hear her reading in Adamic. That was some good babble
Oh P, I laughed my head off about Penny sounding the same as your sister talking to you on the phone.
And Marzee, you are going to pay for that speed talking comment!!!
