Engagement Pics

I took some engagement pictures for Goldie and Wyatt a few weeks ago. (For those of you who have yet to receive an invitation, they are coming! Well ... when we get them from the printer's anyway. But, since they are keeping the event a relatively small affair, it will be more of an "announcement" than an "invitation"; so it probably doesn't matter too much that we aren't getting them out in the most timely manner.)

I have been finding, now that we are on wedding number 2, how convenient it is that we can do some of the things that would generally cost a fair amount--engagement photos, bridals, flowers (thanks to Daisy)--all on our own! We just need someone in the family to become a caterer, and someone else a seamstress, and we could use a wedding cake maker, oh, and a decorator. And then we will be set. Ha! (It's like my mom used to always say about our family having doctors and lawyers ... but still needing a dentist and an auto-mechanic to really round things out.)
