Penny recently went to "The Hanger Hop"--a 40s themed dance at the Logan airport that she and a few friends took dates to. Look what a great 40s outfit she created for herself. I think she might have belonged in the 30s (remember how darling she was in Anything Goes?) or 40s!
And speaking of darling girls, here Daisy is in a skirt she made. (We took these in five minutes before she left back to Provo last weekend when she suddenly remembered she needed to turn in a photo for BYU's graduation.)

Aw, happy birthday to dear darling Daisy. And Penny really DOES seem to belong to that era! I think she could be one of those spunky Girl Detectives that's always proving to the men how much cleverer she is :)
I love the pictures!! Where did Penny find the clothes for that outfit? She really does look like she's from that era! And Daisy looks so cute! Which of the many adorable photos did she choose? So many cute ones!
Penny loved the spunky-girl-detective comment! 😄
She just found them on Amazon, Gayle! I’m not sure how she knew what to look for exactly! And I need to ask Daisy which picture she chose!
Your girls (women, really) are so beautiful! Their light just shines through for all to see.
