I do 3 type...I don't really have a list of 12. I do 3 types of crunches (about 15 each way), girl push-ups, hanging over the side of the bed (upside down) push-ups, feet on the bed tricep push-ups (crab style), and some stretching. My arms are looking better - and abs stronger. I let cardio take care of my legs.<br /><br />I haven't been consistent about it - but am trying. I even went to the fitness center on campus today and ran on the treadmill for an entire 15 mins! (Yeah - I wanted to get an hour of exercise in - but I was called to pick up Action on my way there - fever. So I had to backtrack. I only got 15 mins. of exercise in before I had to jet to class. At least I did something though. Oh - and I got to shower naked with some stranger. Her name was Levi - and she did 10 sets of 10 exercises everyday - which was her way of staying in shape. Not such a bad idea. So- i've been doing something similar - though 10 sets isn't enough for me. . . . so, I do 12!! Wowzas! JK - well, kinda.
